About Bisous Minerals

The word Bisou(s) (pronounced bee-zoo) is French for Kiss(es). The acronym of Kiss stands for “Keep It Simple & Safe”, which perfectly aligns with the old saying “less is more”. It is no coincidence that our name reflects this simplicity when it comes to the development of mineral cosmetics. With numerous potentially toxic chemicals used in personal care products today, the timeless adage “less is more”, has never been more true. We believe the usage of fewer and simpler ingredients not only translates to fewer chances of irritation and harm to one's skin, but also to one's health.

Unlike “traditional” cosmetics and other mineral makeup, our mineral cosmetics are made of pure natural minerals from the earth free of synthetic minerals, preservatives (parabens), bismuth oxychloride, boron nitride, animal by-products, oils, talc, dyes, fragrances, or starches such as corn and oat that can easily spoil. We kept the good ingredients and left out the bad ones.
