Shipping InfoOrders paid by credit cards are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays), depending on product availability. Please note, the selection of Priority shipping may not reduce processing time, but only the shipping time once your package has left our facility. However, if you do choose this method, we will make every efforts to process your order as soon as possible.An email notification will be sent once your package has been shipped. If there is a delay of more than five business days, you will be notified and provided with an estimated ship date. Orders paid by Paypal eChecks, money orders, or cashiers checks will only be processed and shipped after payment has been cleared or received. Please allow an additional 5-8 business days (longer during the holidays and for international orders) for it to be delivered. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have concerning your order. We ship worldwide via USPS and FedEx. PO Boxes are permissible with USPS; a physical address is required for FedEx shipments. Shipping and handling within the United States:
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional charge of $6.00USD will be added to the total shipping amount for packages weighing more than 2lbs. We will send an invoice for any remaining shipping balance due on your transaction; payment must be remitted before package can be shipped. *To qualify for free shipping, your total purchase must reach the designated amount prior to the costs of shipping and tax. Cost of Gift Certificates, downloadable products, and items already marked free shipping are excluded from the order total when calculating free shipping. International ShippingAll international orders will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail International, which is the most economical. Tracking is not available on international orders. You are solely responsible for any and all duties, tariffs, VATS taxes, and any other fees that may be assessed upon delivery by your country's respective government. Customs forms must accompany shipment and we follow all international shipping laws; hence, we are unable to mark purchased items as gifts nor can we send an invoice showing a purchase price less than the actual order amount. Bisous Minerals cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items, as well as delayed packages due to Customs. Various countries have prohibitions and restrictions which may prevent us from being able to ship to your country. Before placing an order, we recommend that you verify your intended purchase to ensure it can be shipped to your country. The United States Postal Office maintains a list of Restrictions by Country which you can reference. Canada and Mexico:
