Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us via fax, telephone, e-mail, or on our website, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website and should be reviewed each time prior to using the website.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to FDA requirements and for health reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetics, samples, brushes, or jars. This allows us to offer our premium quality mineral cosmetics at an affordable price and helps to ensure our customers will always receive the highest standards in product safety. We encourage you to try our generous sample sizes before committing to full-sized products; it is an excellent and inexpensive way to sample our mineral makeup for color and performance. Selecting the wrong color, shade or formula does not qualify for a return or exchange. We carefully package and inspect each item before we ship them out to you. We will only provide an exchange due to an error on our part.

If we made a mistake with your order, please email us within 5 days of receipt for a return authorization. Incorrect items must be returned in original saleable condition. Please check receipt/invoice against items in package before removing any tamper resistant seals or opening of exterior packaging; regrettably, once opened, we cannot accept the exchange. Upon our inspection of items returned due to our error, if items are either defaced or damaged by customer, they will not qualify for an exchange. This will include damage to exterior packaging, tampering of hygienic seals or lifting of sifters. Refunds and exchanges will be issued upon the receipt of the items. We will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge.

Order Processing Time

Our mineral cosmetics are formulated in small batches to ensure freshness and are custom-blended for your order. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after clearance of payment, depending on product availability. Please note, the selection of Priority shipping may not reduce processing time, but only the shipping time once your package has left our facility. However, if you do choose this method, we will make every efforts to process your order as soon as possible. A delivery notification email with Delivery Confirmation number will be sent once your package has been shipped. If there is a delay of more than five business days, you will be notified and provided with an estimated ship date.

Payment

We accept credit cards, instant payments, and eChecks via Paypal. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks from the United States; your order will be held until payment is received. We do not accept personal checks. Orders paid by PayPal's eCheck will be held until payment has cleared, which may take up to 5 business days. In some cases, funds may be removed from your bank account several days prior to Bisous Minerals actually receiving the credit.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect a 9.25% sales tax on the total sales price including shipping and handling charges, if applicable, for orders shipped to the state of California.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Colors and Monitor Display: Even though we use the same exact formula each time, the use of naturally-occurring minerals means that very slight color variations are possible. However, there should never be a major difference. Also, we have tried to display and describe our products, including the color and shade, as accurately as possible. Because the colors are dependent on each individual computer monitor, please note the colors you see on your screen might not resemble the actual products received. Hence, we encourage you to take advantage of our generous sample sizes before committing to full-sized products; it is an excellent and inexpensive way to sample our mineral makeup to ensure the correct color and shade as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetics due to FDA requirements and for health reasons.

Product Warranty: All mineral packaging will possess a tamper resistant seal for your protection. Our mineral cosmetics are for external use only and are determined safe when used in accordance with our directions. Ingredients are clearly listed on our website and on each package and should only be used on the areas of the body they are intended for. Products containing Ultramarines, Chromium Oxide Green or Ferric Ferrocyanide should not be use on the lips. Keep all powder cosmetics out of reach of children. Since there are no preservatives (parabens) in our mineral cosmetics, store them in a cool dry place and avoid getting water into your mineral jar and touching the sifter with your brush; this will prevent contamination which can reduce its shelf-life and cause breakouts. Avoid breathing dust from powder. Bisous Minerals (or any agent thereof) will not be held liable for misuse, allergic reactions or any injury suffered from the known or unknown and consenting use of our products. When you place an order with Bisous Minerals, you acknowledge this policy and release us from liability if such a situation should arise.

Damaged Claims

If you receive a damaged package, please email us within 48 hours of package receipt.

Unconcealed Damage: In the event you should receive a package that has been opened or damaged, make sure the driver notes this fact on his delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact the carrier so that they can inspect the shipment. If the driver does not note this, then you accepted the box in good condition, and nothing can be done about damages.

Concealed Damage: If there is damaged merchandise after you unpack your order, follow these instructions carefully. 1) Save the original carton and all packing material; 2) Call carrier and inform them of your damaged shipment. They will send an inspector to inspect your package; 3) Email Bisous Minerals and we will start processing your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise if a claim has not been placed with the shipping carrier.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Bisous Minerals harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to your use of Bisous Minerals website.

Loss of Shipping

All products purchased from Bisous Minerals are made in agreement pursuant to a shipment contract. Upon delivery to our carrier of your purchase, you assume the risk of loss and title for all items. For shipping charges, see Shipping Info.
